Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a seasoned Wealth Management Business Development Manager in Dallas, responsible for revenue growth and advisor coaching within the Regional Sales Team. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, drive adoption of firm programs, and develop targeted plans to expand client assets and advisory reach.

The role requires at least 5 years in Wealth Management, a Bachelor's degree, and active Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalents.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Wealth Management or related product area
Bachelor's Degree required
Active Series 7, and 66 (or 63 and 65) required upon hire or within 120 days
Strong oral and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to align stakeholder expectations
Strong problem-solving skills
Confident, flexible, and resilient team player
Ability to autonomously develop, deliver, and execute on strategic plans

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted consultant to Financial Advisors and align firm solutions with client needs.
Maintain knowledge of the firm's full suite of products and tools.
Drive adoption of national initiatives through advisor engagement.
Develop and implement targeted business plans to support advisor growth.
Conduct book reviews and segmentation analyses to identify growth opportunities.
Provide coaching and practice management guidance.
Collaborate with product specialists and leadership to enhance knowledge and adoption.
Lead rollout of firm initiatives via presentations and coaching.
Coordinate resources to deliver value-added advisor support.
