The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Wealth Management or related areas, with required Series 7 and 66 licenses and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; active Series 7 and 66 required within 120 days of hire.
• 5+ years in Wealth Management or related product area or management experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to align stakeholders.
• Capable of developing, delivering and executing strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted consultant to Financial Advisors, aligning firm solutions with client needs.
• Drive revenue and asset growth through strategic execution and advisor engagement.
• Coach, train and provide practice management guidance to Financial Advisors.
• Develop targeted business plans and coordinate with product specialists and market management.
• Lead rollout of firm initiatives through presentations and coaching sessions.
