Job summary

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management seeks a Business Development Manager to drive revenue and asset growth across regional markets. You will translate national initiatives into practical plans for Financial Advisors, deliver coaching and practice-management guidance, and coordinate with product specialists and market leaders to improve advisor adoption.

This role requires strong communication, a track record in wealth management, and the ability to build partnerships across levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Wealth Management experience or equivalent
• Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) required within 120 days of hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted consultant to Financial Advisors and align firm solutions with client needs
• Maintain knowledge of products and tools and position capabilities
• Drive adoption of national initiatives and regional priorities
• Develop and implement business plans to support advisor growth and engagement
• Conduct book reviews and segmentation to identify growth opportunities
• Deliver coaching and practice-management guidance to Advisors
• Collaborate with product specialists and market management to enhance adoption
• Lead rollout of initiatives via presentations, workshops, and coaching
• Facilitate training events and coordinate external resources
