Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Regional Water/Wastewater Practice Leader to guide the Southeast water and wastewater work within the Resilience-Water Business Area. This hands-on role requires collaboration across Arcadis locations and nationwide project support, including client development activities.

The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of water/wastewater experience, a PE license, and a strong track record in leadership, mentoring, and proposal development to grow Arcadis’ regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of water/wastewater treatment experience.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license and reciprocity mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct QA/QC of water/wastewater projects to ensure contract/spec compliance.
• Lead knowledge transfer and staff development within the area.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and grow discipline capability.
• Oversee technical delivery on large/complex projects with risk.
• Collaborate with a Certification Project Manager for project success.
• Support marketing/proposals, scopes, and budgets.
• Build Arcadis reputation through industry involvement and client relationships.
