Job summary

Arcadis seeks an Area Manager and Business Growth Leader based in Tennessee or Northern Alabama. This senior role leads strategy implementation to drive organic growth across our integrated water business, reporting to the Southeast Resilience Water Area Leader.

The successful candidate brings 15+ years in municipal water/wastewater/stormwater, a BS in engineering, and a P.E. license or eligibility within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in water/wastewater/stormwater project management or related operations.
• BS in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Eng.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tennessee and Alabama water business growth strategy and client teams.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction of water facilities; provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and coach staff; manage performance, hiring, onboarding, and terminations.
• Drive organic growth, collaborate across Arcadis units, and manage key client relationships.
