Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Regional Water/Wastewater Practice Leader to guide the Southeast water and wastewater projects within the Resilience-Water Business Area. This hands-on leadership role requires collaboration across Arcadis locations and supporting nationwide client development activities.

The ideal candidate has deep water/wastewater treatment expertise, a PE license, and demonstrated team leadership. Expect travel to client sites and multi-project coordination in a dynamic regional

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of water / wastewater treatment experience.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field of study.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License and ability to obtain license by reciprocity in other states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee QA/QC of water / wastewater projects and provide technical guidance.
• Lead knowledge transfer and development of staff within area of expertise.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and technicians to develop Arcadis' capability.
• Manage technical coordination and leadership on large or high-risk projects with senior staff.
• Support marketing and proposal phases, including scopes of work and budgets.
• Engage with Southeast client account teams to grow Arcadis' Southeast portfolio; some travel required.
