Job summary

Samuel James is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater plant projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will run projects with your field teams, owning schedule, budget, change orders and cost reporting.

This role requires 5+ years in the sector and a track record managing $15M+ projects, with preference for self-perform GC or CM background. You will collaborate with owners, engineers and inspectors, and coordinate with self-perform crews across offices in

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager on water or wastewater treatment plants.
• Experience running projects of $15M and above.
• Self-perform GC background preferred, CM background considered.
• Strong understanding of process piping, concrete structures and plant startup.

Responsibilities

• Run water and wastewater treatment plant projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own schedule, budget, change orders and cost reporting.
• Lead the relationship with owners, engineers and inspectors.
• Work closely with the superintendent and self-perform crews to keep the job on track.
