LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater construction projects across the Southwest region. You will drive delivery from award to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater facilities or related infrastructure.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Strong cost control and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of water and wastewater construction projects.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Oversee procurement, subcontract administration, and change management.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and financial metrics.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance on all projects.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients and leadership.
• Mentor project engineers and field staff.
