Job summary

PC Construction is seeking an experienced engineer with 5+ years in wastewater treatment plant CMAR projects to lead the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of Florida-based construction efforts.

The candidate will assemble bid packages, coordinate with vendors, review subcontractor quotes, and manage change orders and project documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget execution on site in Central Florida.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and at least five years of experience in wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Experience overseeing CMAR water/wastewater construction.
• Ability to manage overall project direction, schedule, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute bid packages.
• Contact vendors for pricing information.
• Obtain scopes of work and quotations from subcontractors and vendors.
• Review subcontracts and purchase orders for scope and pricing.
• Prepare and manage change orders in CMiC.
• Update project logs and schedules to reflect changes.
