Job summary

WTS Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the US, focusing on Orlando-area opportunities and a strong pipeline of $100M+ construction projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing large-scale water/wastewater projects, ideally $100M+.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, contracts, scheduling, change management, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution through completion, including cost, schedule, contracts, and risk management.
• Manage relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, change orders, RFIs, procurement, and reporting.
• Work closely with hands-on Project Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in the pursuit and development of new large-scale water/wastewater projects.
• Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and collaboration.
