Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 11 years of related water resources experience.
• Experience identifying, pursuing, and leading municipal and utility water resources projects.
• P.E. - Registered Professional Engineer and regulatory experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and capture efforts for water resources projects across the Southwest.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of stormwater, water resources, and watershed initiatives.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and mentor junior engineers in a hybrid work environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering
