Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a Regional Planning Leader for Watersheds & Stormwater to drive water resources planning, stormwater design, asset management and regulatory compliance across Northern California and beyond.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, win new work through business development, and mentor professionals while delivering holistic watershed solutions across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
• Minimum 11 years of water resources planning, stormwater permitting, and design experience.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and NPDES permitting.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, modeling, and design of stormwater improvements.
• Develop green infrastructure and sustainable watershed measures.
• Plan flood mitigation improvements and asset management.
• Provide business development leadership to identify and capture services.
• Build and manage client relationships across the target geography.
