Job summary

Civil Science is seeking a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader to establish and guide our firmwide water practice. This role focuses on building teams, growing client relationships, and delivering critical water projects that serve communities in the region.

You will provide technical leadership, support project delivery, drive business development, and mentor the next generation of engineers across multiple offices and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Institutional degree: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and PE license.
• 12+ years in water infrastructure engineering and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead municipal water projects from planning through construction.
• Strong client relationships and business development experience.
• Experience mentoring staff and building technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
• Create growth strategies for transmission, distribution, storage, and treatment.
• Forge relationships with municipal agencies and public-sector clients.
• Identify opportunities, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor engineers and develop training programs across offices.
