Job summary

MS Consultants Inc. seeks a visionary Leader for Regional Operations – Water in Indianapolis to drive growth, shape strategy and deliver high-impact water/wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will partner with senior leadership, oversee client engagement and align project design and delivery to achieve excellence. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, develop winning proposals, and lead teams to meet schedules and budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience in water, wastewater, and/or utilities
• Proven leadership in project and people management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead regional water initiatives from planning to execution
• Coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams for on-time delivery
• Represent MS Consultants with key clients and develop new opportunities
• Develop winning proposals, presentations and budgets for water/wastewater projects
• Inspire teams to uphold quality, innovation and client satisfaction
