Job summary

H2O Innovation seeks a Senior Manager of Project Construction to lead water and wastewater projects across the East Coast. You will oversee design reviews, procurement, bidding, budgeting, schedules, and safety compliance while mentoring field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction management and field operations, especially in water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Certifications CCM or PE.
• Knowledge of CMAR, DB, and DBB delivery methods.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws/regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and field inspection tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage preconstruction activities, including design review, procurement, and bidding.
• Implement, oversee, and maintain QA/QC programs.
• Lead and support the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the owner's representative, managing program and project execution with a value-added approach.
• Conduct and attend project progress meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, monitor project schedules, and control costs.
• Collaborate with business development teams to create proposals and marketing materials for new opportunities.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accurate cost reporting for projects, maintaining budget controls.
• Develop, mentor, and manage field teams to ensure effective communication and execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
