Fishbeck in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Water and Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning through construction. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and drive complex water/wastewater facility projects while pursuing expanded leadership within the market.

The role emphasizes client interaction, project management excellence, and growth in Indiana, with a path toward Regional Manager responsibilities and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• PE license in Indiana or ability to obtain within one year.
• 8+ years of water/wastewater design, PM, and business development.
• Experience leading marketing efforts and proposal writing.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and codes/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and project execution for Water and Wastewater projects in Indiana.
• Initiate meetings with potential clients and support proposal efforts.
• Manage and execute projects in Indiana and other market locations.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates with multi‑discipline staff.
• Support growth of Water/Wastewater services in Indiana.
• Mentor junior staff and pursue leadership roles within the firm.
