Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations – Warehouse to lead end-to-end warehouse activities across multiple sites. You will direct receiving, put-away, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping with a focus on labor, productivity, safety, service, and financial results.

The role requires hands-on operational leadership, developing Site Leaders and ensuring SOP adherence while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven experience owning P&L or cost center performance and driving productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive full ownership of 4-wall warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
• Lead and optimize automated warehouse operations, including conveyors, AS/RS, goods-to-person systems, robotics/AMRs, and WMS/WCS/WES platforms.
• Manage regional labor planning, staffing models, and workforce development across sites.
• Establish and enforce SOPs and best practices to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Deliver against regional P&L and cost targets, including labor spend and operating costs.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, retention, and performance management.
• Provide regional insights to Senior Leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
