Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Warehouse Manager in Tampa, FL to lead daily warehouse operations, drive safety, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will manage staff, oversee inventory, and partner with Purchasing to ensure efficient supply chain execution.

The role requires 10 years of related experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP and WMS experience are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and driving safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; SAP experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure 99.5% order fulfillment.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory integrity and product receiving, inspection, and rotation.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to plan and place orders and manage costs.
• Provide hands-on leadership and floor supervision as needed.
