Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehousing experience with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels through cycle counts and stock audits.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all warehouse inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Coordinate with management to prioritize workloads and meet fulfillment deadlines.
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
