• 7+ years in warehouse or distribution.
• 3+ years leading or managing teams.
• Experience with ERP/WMS, parcel, and shipping docs.
• Strong Excel, analytics, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory, pick/pack, shipping, and returns.
• Develop teams, set expectations, accountability, and KPIs.
• Ensure on-time, accurate customer orders and reduce backlog.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement to resolve priorities.
