Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, and drive efficiency.

You will lead a team, manage inventory, and coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics to meet high standards of accuracy and on-time fulfillment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of industrial warehousing experience, strong leadership skills, and proficient use of SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• 10 years of related industrial experience.
• Demonstrable experience of being results focused, self‑motivated, and highly organized.
• Demonstrable experience of stellar people management, team building/training and leadership.
• Demonstrable experience with analytical problem solving; examination/formulation of policy/procedure and strategy implementation.
• Intermediate or higher user experience with all Microsoft Office Software, specifically with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and manage a team of technicians to consistently achieve performance objectives and provide for cross training/backfill training to ensure self-sufficiency.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the warehouse.
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure appropriate training, licensing, maintenance, and accountability systems are in place to achieve and maintain a safe work environment.
• Execute all transactions in the SAP computer system to ensure timely and accurate information updates.
• Assist Centralized Purchasing Agent by providing local insight for planning and placing orders to maintain inventory.
