Job summary

MANE in Tampa, Florida is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling. You will ensure safe, accurate, and timely movement of materials while supporting production and customer requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehouse leadership, a related bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with SAP/WMS/ERP/MES systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain with supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP, MES, inventory control, and 3PL coordination.
• DOT/IATA/IMDG knowledge or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and material movement.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, carriers, 3PL, ASNs, and docs.
• Maintain inventory records using SAP, WMS, MES, ERP, scanners.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff; set performance expectations.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, IATA, IMDG, GMP and environmental compliance.
• Maintain safe, audit-ready warehouse and develop SOPs.
• Identify safety, productivity, and cost improvements.
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve transport issues.
• Prepare warehouse and cost reports; support budgets and automation.
