Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a Regional Senior Warehouse Director to oversee warehouse operations across multiple locations from Bedford Park, IL. This role reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and is an in-office, full-time leadership position.

The candidate will drive regional strategies, optimize inventory and logistics, mentor managers, and push continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive warehouse management experience.
• Proven leadership in regional or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional warehouse strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics across multiple locations.
• Lead and mentor warehouse managers and supervisors regionally.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Drive cost reduction, process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Manage regional budget and monitor expenses.
