Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking a Regional Vice President of RV Operations to lead a portfolio of RV resorts and drive performance across regions. You will manage staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while ensuring top-tier guest service and market growth.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, annual budgeting, occupancy planning, and cross-team coordination to deliver results. A strong background in real estate/hospitality and travel readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, hospitality, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in property management or hospitality with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable fair housing and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and budget for each resort within assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and manage annual operating and sales budgets per resort.
• Conduct on-site inspections to maintain Sun’s curb appeal standards.
• Lead occupancy, lease-up, and sales projections across properties.
• Resolve resident and guest complaints professionally.
