Job summary

WealthPlus, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President, Retirement Sales to drive retirement plan sales growth across assigned territories.

This senior sales leader will build and expand relationships with financial advisors, TPAs, DCIO partners, and other key intermediaries while representing the WealthPlus platform in the market. You will collaborate with internal teams to support new business development, design flexible solutions, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing partner

Qualifications

• Retirement industry expertise, ERISA, fiduciary models, plan design.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship management with advisors, intermediaries, and sponsors.
• Ability to position complex solutions clearly including investment structures and total plan cost.

Responsibilities

• Grow the territory by developing retirement plan opportunities and deepening relationships with financial advisors, TPAs, DCIO partners, and other distribution channels.
• Lead a consultative sales process from prospecting through finalist presentations and close.
• Expand and protect partner relationships while supporting retention and growth across existing business.
• Represent WealthPlus in the market with expertise in ERISA, plan design, fiduciary solutions, investment structures, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain pipeline, CRM, and follow-up with discipline; collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless partner experience.
