Job summary

Ascensus, the leading independent technology and service platform powering American retirement savings, seeks a Regional Vice President to grow plan sales through Financial Professionals, TPAs, RIAs, and DC I/O Firms. You will promote product options and partner products, advise during prospecting, and join sales calls as needed.

Bring deep ERISA knowledge, build productive relationships, and sustain a high meeting cadence across territory.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in retirement plan sales or 3–5 years in a wholesaling role in retirement plans.
• Proven success selling defined contribution recordkeeping and admin services.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within six months).

Responsibilities

• Grow retirement plan sales through Financial Professionals, TPAs, RIAs, and DC I/O Firms.
• Promote product options and alliance partner products; advise during prospecting.
• Attend sales calls as requested and coordinate wholesaling with ISC/Internal Sales.
• Maintain relationships with Financial Professionals and document meetings in CRM.
• Stay current on industry trends, fiduciary solutions, and plan costs.
