Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager in New Jersey to lead a high-performing loan origination team without sacrificing personal production. You’ll scale impact by building leadership and mentoring while maintaining strong origination activity.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail mortgage origination, extensive referral partner networks, and a proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate branch staff within PRMI guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination.
• Extensive experience managing a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage laws, fair lending rules, and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledge of QC compliance and accounting terms.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
