Job summary

Hope Enterprise Corporation seeks a Senior Vice President, Regional Manager to lead regional branch performance across MS/LA. You will drive sales, member growth, lending and deposits while ensuring robust controls and a strong member experience.

Direct oversight of Branch Managers, mentoring talent and executing strategic initiatives are key expectations. The role requires a proven sales leadership track, deep regional banking operations experience, and the ability to balance growth with

Qualifications

10+ years in retail banking, credit union operations, or financial services leadership.
7+ years leading multiple branches or regions with sales/service/financial responsibility.
5+ years coaching Branch Managers or retail leaders.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

Lead regional sales by driving deposits, lending, member acquisition, and regional goals.
Coach Branch Managers on consultative sales and business development.
Ensure execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
Oversee branch performance and implement corrective action plans.
Monitor branch scorecards, risk, and compliance; enforce controls.
Develop talent, succession plans, and promote employee engagement.
