Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a senior sales leader to drive medical device sales across multiple states, optimize territory plans, and build strong clinical and strategic relationships. The role emphasizes travel up to 70% and managing regional budgets.

The position requires 5–7 years in medical device sales or sales management, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a preferred Bachelor’s degree or MBA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of medical device sales and/or sales management experience.
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent sales/business experience.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets across all business segments.
• Develop and manage annual territory business plans to meet numeric objectives.
• Manage regional expenses, travel, trade shows, and promotions.
• Cultivate strategic accounts and clinical relationships within region and IDNs.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Olympus product lines and communicate opportunities internally.
