Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a seasoned Medical Device Sales leader for field-based coverage across multiple states. The role focuses on growing profitable revenue by coaching a regional sales team, building strategic accounts, and executing territory plans with a strong emphasis on patient-focused care.

You will travel extensively (about 70%) to meet customers, conferences and IDNs, while aligning with core values and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of medical device sales or sales management experience.
• Proven track record of success in achieving targets.
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets across all segments in the assigned region.
• Recruit, train, mentor and motivate the sales team within territory.
• Develop and execute annual territory business plans to meet objectives.
• Manage regional expenses and travel for local events and activities.
• Build strategic account relationships including IDNs and clinical partners.
• Maintain knowledge of Olympus product lines and communicate market opportunities.
