Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Field Sales Leader to drive revenue and manage a regional sales team across multiple states. You will mentor reps, execute territory plans, and cultivate relationships with IDNs and key customers.

This role requires extensive travel and a proven medical device sales track record. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or MBA, strong analytical skills, and fluency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of successful medical device sales and/or sales management experience.
• Proven track record of success.

• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets across all business segments.

• Represent and maintain company assets and cultivate key relationships with IDNs and strategic accounts.
• Travel as required to customer facilities and events.
