Newmark seeks a Vice President of Property Management to lead the strategic growth, profitability, and operational performance of its Mid-Atlantic regional portfolio. You will oversee PM teams, drive financial performance, and develop strategies to retain clients and win new assignments.

A strong CRE network and proven ability to grow business, coupled with leadership development and client-focused service delivery, are essential to deliver results in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial real estate experience including PM ops, business development, client relationships and financial performance.
• CPM and/or RPA designation; active real estate broker or salesperson license as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional property management teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop regional business plans aligning staffing, service delivery, and budgets.
• Oversee financial performance and operating budgets for the regional portfolio.
• Lead business development, including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain client relationships and retention through proactive service and regular meetings.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, training, and succession planning.
• Represent Newmark at industry events and professional organizations.
