Job summary

NearU is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and scale a portfolio of residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service businesses across multiple branches. This executive will own regional financial performance, customer experience, and talent development, partnering with General Managers and Branch Leaders to drive revenue growth and EBITDA expansion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in home services.
• Experience managing regional portfolios of $150M–$300M+.
• Proven PE-backed environment with multi-branch leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive regional P&L across multiple branch locations.
• Lead revenue growth, EBITDA, cash flow and customer experience improvements.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets and growth initiatives; monitor KPIs.
• Drive acquisition integration and post-acquisition performance improvements.
• Partner with General Managers and Branch Leaders to scale operations and culture.
