You will lead through influence, build scalable systems, and ensure quality care and financial performance while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.

The role calls for strong regional leadership, hands-on development of leaders, and strategic collaboration with the Region President.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior management-level operations role with demonstrated success in building and scaling markets, processes, and systems.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance and long-term growth strategy across agencies in multiple states.
• Lead operational planning and performance tracking, ensure regulatory compliance across locations.
• Drive financial results and ensure census growth and profitability targets.
