• Streamline processes and enforce operational expectations.
• Act as the secondary client liaison, conducting reviews and client discussions regularly.
• Participate in client visits and operations calls to improve underperforming assets.
• Lead weekly meetings with direct reports and implement training for LMS compliance.
• Set and review goals for direct reports to drive growth and performance.
• Oversee portfolio financial health, review performance with Tableau and client analytics; conduct monthly financial reviews in Salesforce.
• Approve financial transactions and manage cash flow for distressed assets.
