Job summary

ACC Management Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Regional Vice President to lead Regional/Area Managers across a portfolio of affordable and market-rate communities in southern Wisconsin.

This strategic role focuses on driving performance, maximizing NOI, and building accountable teams, reporting to the Vice President of Operations. The ideal candidate will have deep affordable housing property management expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for developing people and sustaining growth

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of multifamily multi-location property management experience.
• Knowledge of Section 8 and Section 42 housing programs; fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring to Regional/Area Managers to maximize NOI.
• Identify strategic direction for the department with VP of Operations.
• Conduct KPI reviews and portfolio analyses with management.
• Lead quarterly regional meetings and training webinars.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health & safety, and fair housing.
• Develop and oversee onboarding and staff development plans.
