Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience in luxury or conventional communities.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collection experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi and/or MRI for records and financials.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain mobility.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family community.
• Lead on-site staff and supervise leasing, tours, applications and leases.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and expenditures.
• Perform regular inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Administer resident programs and service initiatives.
• Oversee renovations and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Handle resident concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Prepare annual budgets and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Maintain resident transaction records and renewals.
• Travel between properties as needed to support regional goals.
