Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting seeks an experienced Vice President to lead operations, shape strategy, and ensure the execution of programs across condominium communities and homeowner associations. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and sit on the executive team, guiding district managers and optimizing profitability and efficiency.

The role requires strong managerial background in community association management, along with a CMCA designation or commitment to obtain one

Qualifications

Minimum four (4) years of experience in Community Association Management.
Must possess or secure CAI CMCA designation within 12 months from engagement.
Experience reading and interpreting financial statements/audits and regulatory documents.
Willingness to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to ensure community accounts are maintained per company standards.
Develop and direct management to ensure client satisfaction and contract stability.
Implement processes to increase productivity and revenue.
Coordinate with District Managers to ensure operational systems are effective and aligned with company direction.
Interact with executive leadership to align priorities with overall strategy.
Lead process improvements and present recommendations to executives.
