This full-time role requires a CA Real Estate License and 3–5 years in regional leadership plus 7+ years in multifamily. Some travel across markets is expected; strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Regional Vice President in the multifamily management field
• 7+ years in the multifamily industry in both conventional and affordable properties
• Experience as a Leader overseeing a minimum of 10,000+ units
• State of CA Real Estate License required

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, leasing, and property performance metrics
• Ensure budgeting and reporting accuracy across the region
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for regional staff and site teams
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and employment laws
