Job summary

You will supervise site and corporate staff, including Regional Property Managers and Senior Property Managers, and work on strategic direction with leadership.

The role demands strong client relations, budget oversight, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• 8–10 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Property management certifications such as CAM/ARM/RAM/SHCM/NAHP-CPL/CGPM or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing large multifamily portfolios.
• Ability to lead operational initiatives and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to advance mission, strategy, and annual goals for the regional portfolio.
• Deliver results aligning with Winn standards and operational excellence.
• Manage interdepartmental relationships and leverage resources.
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, lenders, investors, and government agencies.
• Lead committees, approve budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Recruit, hire, and develop regional staff; align compensation with policy.
• Develop strategies for new business and participate in property transitions and acquisitions.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and secure properties; manage reporting and inspections.
