Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead portfolio operations for a multi-market Phoenix/Las Vegas portfolio. You will oversee communities, drive performance, and mentor property teams to optimize occupancy, income, and resident services.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor coordination, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, compliance, and construction teams. Travel is required to manage assets across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, regional/director level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of market-rate communities and applicable landlord-tenant laws.
• Lease-up experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned communities to achieve financial, operational, occupancy, income, collections targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate community teams; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Community Managers and Maintenance Managers; approve new hires and paperwork.
• Coordinate portfolio activities with Marketing, Compliance, Accounting, IT, HR, Maintenance, Construction, and Development partners.
• Prepare and deliver regional portfolio reports and participate in senior-level meetings.
• Travel frequently to portfolios and regional meetings across markets.
