Job summary

ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead and mentor a team of Regional and Area Managers across our portfolio of affordable and market-rate communities in southern Wisconsin, with emphasis on Dane County.

This strategic leadership role focuses on driving performance, maximizing NOI, and ensuring compliance and financial goals. Travel to multiple properties is required; you will collaborate with the Vice President of Operations and Executive Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of multifamily multi-location property management experience.
• Knowledge of project-based section 8 and section 42 housing programs.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and tenant rights.
• Willingness to travel to multiple properties across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring to Regional/Area Managers to maximize NOI.
• Conduct KPI reviews and portfolio state of affairs with Executive Management.
• Lead monthly/quarterly portfolio reviews and oversee onboarding/training plans.
• Develop and implement policy changes and strategic initiatives with Vice President of Operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable housing laws and company standards.
