Job summary

Havenpark is seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of communities. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and directly manage Community Managers across your region, coordinating with on-site sales teams and home office partners to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

You will own regional financial health, implement 100-day plans for new acquisitions, and ensure operations meet standards while delivering a five-star resident experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role, with at least 2 years as a Regional or District Manager or equivalent multi-site leader.
• Proven experience in property management; background in manufactured housing or multifamily assets valued.
• Financial acumen: drive revenue, control expenses, manage P&Ls and budgets across locations.
• Comfort leading through data and holding teams to clear standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate Havenpark's strategy into regional plans and drive performance
• Own the region's financial health through regional P&Ls, budgets, and NOI
• Drive home sales performance across the region with Community Managers and on-site teams
• Keep delinquency low and collections disciplined across communities
• Ensure each community meets Green and Clean standards and delivers a five-star resident experience
• Collaborate with home office teams to surface systemic gaps with clear recommendations
