Job summary

NRUCFC (National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation) is seeking an RVP, G&T to be the primary CFC contact for G&T business and financing needs, strengthening relations with G&T leaders and driving member success.

You will lead loan structuring and pricing, finalize term sheets, and guide a team of experts delivering value-added financial solutions to G&T members while promoting CFC as the preferred lender in the G&T space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• Ten to twelve years of banking experience.
• Licensure or other certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships with G&T CEOs, CFOs, and Directors via regular on-site visits.
• Lead the transaction structure and pricing process for loan activities.
• Lead creation, negotiation, and finalization of term sheets and loan documents for G&T members.
• Identify business opportunities and promote understanding of CFC’s financial strength and offerings.
• Direct a team of experts delivering value-added products and services to G&T members.
• Monitor credit compliance and recommend resolutions in coordination with PMG.
• Represent CFC at industry conferences and member meetings.
• Prepare presentations and training for CFC members and G&T management.
