Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead the Financial Services Strategic Accounts business in the United States. This role will manage a high-performing team serving banking, capital markets, payments, and insurance across multi-year opportunities.

The leader will own regional strategy, pipeline development, executive engagement, and forecast accuracy, while partnering with product, engineering, and customer success to maximize impact for top clients.

Qualifications

• Deep Financial Services sales leadership experience.
• Ability to build strategic, multi-year relationships with large financial institutions.
• Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Strategic Account Executives for major Financial Services customers.
• Set regional strategy, build pipeline, and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Develop executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business leaders.
• Partner with Elastic executives and cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Coach sellers to create multi-year account plans and expand Elastic’s footprint.
