Entrata, a leader in AI-powered property management technology, seeks an Enterprise Sales Executive (RVP, Sales) for the Texas region. Remote-friendly role to identify, establish, and nurture relationships with property management companies, traveling as needed to build partnerships across the region.

You will identify prospects, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Passion for sales and ability to close deals
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Highlight product features that address customer challenges
• Answer inquiries about products
• Negotiate prices and terms; prepare sales agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors
• Maintain contact lists and nurture relationships through follow-ups
