Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Regional Vice President, Enterprise to lead a team of Regional Directors and drive revenue growth across the United States. This senior leader will coach reps, attract talent, and partner with GTM, G&A, and R&D to align regional success with company goals.

You will articulate the value of Grafana’s observability platform, build strong relationships with prospects, and ensure a seamless customer experience through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of second or third line SaaS Sales leadership.
• Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with product-led sales and selling a complex technical product.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 5 Regional Directors across the United States.
• Foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed to assist deal creation and provide team support.
• Partner with Grafana GTM leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Hire, retain and develop leaders and account executives within the team.
