Job summary

Giga AI INC is seeking a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Enterprise Sales Directors, drive new business, and manage expansion bookings. The role focuses on strategic account management, complex enterprise negotiations, and delivering growth across CX, AI, Cloud, or SaaS environments.

You will mentor teams, shape regional GTM strategies, and report on revenue forecasts while partnering with other functions to ensure high-growth execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-growth enterprise software sales teams.
• Track record of exceeding quotas in CX/AI/Cloud/SaaS domains.
• Ability to recruit, hire and ramp sales talent in the market.
• Experience guiding deals with C-suite stakeholders and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Enterprise Sales Directors focused on new and expansion bookings.
• Develop productivity metrics: deal size, win rate, forecast accuracy, and sales cycle management.
• Coach directors on executive relationship-building with Named Enterprise accounts and complex deals.
• Shape GTM strategy for the region and establish revenue growth plans in the first 90 days.
• Deliver revenue forecasts and drive strategic GTM initiatives with cross-functional leaders.
