Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of claims management experience in the insurance/TPA industry.
• Proven management record with demonstrated competencies across claims management.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• articulate a vision that motivates others to achieve results.
• conduct sales calls and presentations to attract and retain TPA services to healthcare providers, self-insured pools, brokers, consultants, and insurers.
• negotiate contract renewals and prepare/complete contracts with clients and coordinate renewal applications.
• develop, direct, and coach staff with clear performance objectives and monitor outcomes.
• lead by example in communication with staff and encourage open dialogue in meetings and 1:1 discussions.
• manage external relations with attorneys, agents, vendors, and regulatory agencies to cultivate a favorable image for Inservco and Penn National Insurance.
• oversee TPA claims service operations to exceed division goals and maintain appropriate reserves and quality.
