Job summary

Inservco Insurances Services, Inc. seeks a Regional Vice President to lead and grow TPA claims services, guiding staff, negotiating renewals, and coordinating with state agencies. This role requires strong leadership and deep claims knowledge within a national provider network.

The VP will articulate strategic direction, manage client relationships, and drive performance in a dynamic insurance environment aligned with Penn National Insurance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of claims management experience in the insurance/TPA industry.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• IAA Certificate in General Insurance and related courses desirable.

Responsibilities

• Articulate a compelling vision to motivate others and achieve results.
• Lead sales calls and presentations to attract and retain TPA services.
• Negotiate contract renewals and coordinate renewal applications with state agencies.
• Develop and coach staff, set performance objectives, and monitor outcomes.
• Build client relationships and promote quality multi-line claims services.
